Vendor Benefits

Thanks for your interest in becoming a Vendor here at SubieClub. Becoming a Vendor has several benefits to help you grow your business by offering products and services to our members.

MEMBERSHIP
The first thing to understand is that SubieClub is not just a forum, it is a national owners club. However, we allow more than just members to participate here. When planning promotions, keep in mind these three classes of visitors to the site:

1) Guest
Limited viewing rights to the site. Does not see any of the For Sale section but can browse the "public access" and "regional" forum categories.

2) Registered Enthusiast
The most basic level of access to SubieClub. Can view all forums, but can only browse the descriptions in the members-only Promo Section. This is to entice them to become full members. Therefore when listing a promo in the members-only section, keep the title tantalizing descriptive, but keep all redemption information (how to get the discount or offer) "safe" inside the thread itself.

To market to this audience, use either the Group Buy or Parts for Sale forums. We encourage all Club Vendors to have separate offers for both Members and Registered Enthusiasts. This will maximize your marketing here at SubieClub.

3) Member
This is the official card-carrying member of SubieClub. They support the club, and therefore they deserve the absolute best deals from our vendors. You can confirm if a member is "official" by browsing the member list (link above) or, if the transaction is in person, you can require that they show their official membership card. We suggest that all vendors provide at least a 5% discount to official club members. However, you have flexibility to offer what works best for you and your company.

CLUB VENDOR ACCOUNTS
For basic Vendor status here at SubieClub.com, our introductory rate is only $33.33/mo, payable 3 months in advance ($100). This grants you the ability to promote your business, products and services in the forums. You also get the following online account features:

• 20MB for Forum and PM attachments
• Storage for up to 1,000 PMs
• Send PMs to 5 individuals at once
• Open/Close your own topics
• Flood control bypass
• Post as HTML
• 20MB Gallery space
• 10MB Blog space
• Advanced Blog features
• Special Vendor status graphic

To register as a vendor, click here and select the appropriate membership. Please note that even as a Vendor, you must still adhere to the site terms and conditions (listed above).

SITE ADVERTISING
In addition to the standard Vendor account, you can also purchase a 150x25 forum sponsor graphic (see the Subiesport Magazine graphic as an example, no animation allowed). These are available for $100/mo payable in a 3-month minimum and are linked back to a URL of your choosing. You do not need to have Vendor Status to purchase one of these. However, if you want to also engage members in the forums, you will need to additionally purchase a Vendor account. Forum graphics are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

MEMBER KIT COUPONS AND STICKERS
All registered Club Vendors in good standing can send us coupons or stickers to include in the New Member Packets, which are mailed out to all new members. We may also pass them out at events. The packets include stickers, a membership ID card and whatever "swag" we have available to offer. Coupons or stickers must be no larger than 4x6 and must be pre-cut and ready to insert. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We prefer that you use the automated membership system (My Controls > Paid Memberships). However, if your business does not have a PayPal account, you can send a check to the same address listed in the coupons and stickers section (above). First, register for a free account here at SubieClub.com, then post the check noting the account name you want upgraded to Vendor Status. Once the check clears your account will receive the upgrade.

Since we are a sister organization to Subiesport Magazine, we can extend special promotions to tie into the print magazine and visa-versa. So get creative and tell us your great idea!
